Kyrgyz President Confirms CZ’s Proposal for Private Digital Asset Bank “Bereket Bank”
The President of Kyrgyzstan announced that Binance founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ) proposed the establishment of a private digital asset bank, which will be called Bereket Bank.
The project aims to attract major foreign investment and position Kyrgyzstan as a regional hub for virtual asset development.
According to the president, the bank will be fully privately owned, with no state or family involvement, emphasizing its independence and commercial focus.
Bereket Bank to Focus on Virtual Assets
Bereket Bank is expected to specialize in digital assets and blockchain-based financial services, offering secure infrastructure for international investors and local businesses.
The initiative reflects growing regional interest in crypto banking and digital finance innovation, with Kyrgyzstan seeking to integrate global blockchain expertise through partnerships with leading figures like CZ.
The move could help the country modernize its financial system and attract capital flows from the broader crypto economy, positioning Central Asia as an emerging hub for blockchain-driven banking solutions.
